Regional Skills Trainer - £28k per annum

Our client is a national care provider specialising in domiciliary care, Live in Care Services, Care Homes and Care Cuisine.
The position is based in and around the South East and South Coast Region
We are seeking a regional skills trainer to provide high quality training in line with National Minimum Care Standards, and in house policies and procedures in various training suites throughout our client’s organisation using the materials and master resources provided.
You will be based in the local training suite and will also be expected to travel within your local area and attend meetings or training courses as applicable for your needs. So it is essential that you are a car owner/driver
It is essential that you posses a training qualification, manual handling train the trainer and L2 numeracy and literacy skills. It would also be desirable if you hold a teaching qualification. You must be a strong, clear and concise communicator, be able to express ideas using a variety of methods and have personal experience of working in Health and Social Care. You must be organized and flexible with an empathetic nature and have the ability to be able to give constructive feedback.
