You will be responsible for managing and developing this established and busy branch. Experience in Domiciliary care is essential. You must be a car owner driver and have good local knowledge.

You will already ideally hold an RMA / NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and be fully conversant with the NCS. You will have excellent communication, IT and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in an ever changing environment. We are are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to assist in the day to day running of a busy home care provider. You must have previous experience in care coordinating as you will be involved in direct line supervision of a team of home care workers. You will have ideally achieved a NVQ 2 – 3 in Care and have sound verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of CQC.
